Nick Scherer joined VIDA in April 2017, and it’s safe to say that he’s found his #fitfam. We caught up with him to learn more about his motivation to become a part of the VIDA community, his typical workout routine, and how he spends his time outside the gym.

Join VIDA Fitness Master Trainer and yoga instructor Kelly Moyers for Yoga Trapeze, a prop-based inversion yoga class that’s the best of both worlds: It’s therapeutic because it can help minimize stubborn back pain, but it’s also a lot of fun because, well, who doesn’t wanna feel like they’re flying through the air?
Even with those doubts and failures, I stayed the course--which I’ve learned is the key to fitness. It’s less about obsessing over a “perfect” diet and workout schedule 100 percent of the time, and more about consistency, focus and not giving up.
